Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PromptCraft Video (PCV) you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they describe what you can do with the service, what we promise in return, and the limits on either side.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate registration information, and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use PCV to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to harass, or that infringes intellectual property you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

3. Plans, billing, and renewal

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD. Yearly plans receive the discount shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
• Cancel anytime from the billing tab — your plan stays active until the period ends.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, generally only when a charge was clearly accidental and no significant rendering has been done in the period.

4. Plan limits

Every plan has explicit caps (monthly minutes, per-video duration, attachment size, voice count). Limits are enforced server-side. Renewal resets the counters; upgrading mid-period grants a fresh budget under the new plan.

5. Content ownership

You own the videos you generate. PCV retains the underlying templates, voices, and rendering technology. We may use anonymized usage telemetry (counts, durations) to improve the service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party AI or payment provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCV is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
